Dr Elizabeth Denley from Australia has been a Heartfulness practitioner since 1989 and a certified Heartfulness trainer since 1991. Elizabeth also spends a lot of her time in research and compilation of the original writings of the great yogic masters of the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries.
Elizabeth has a Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Sydney, Australia (1981), and earlier worked in research in science, health and education (1977-1986), at the University of Sydney and for the NSW government, Australia, the University of California and Stanford University, USA, and for UNHCR.
Elizabeth is also a trained facilitator and has been involved in soft skills, values, facilitation and communication training since 1996, for both children and adults. Elizabeth has developed a practical methodology to bring values, ethics and harmony into the workplace, with a particular focus on communication skills and mutual respect and understanding.
In this series TIPS FOR HAPPINESS INDIAN WISDOM UNIVERSAL APPEAL, the content will be based on stories, philosophy and practices from Yoga, The Vedas, Upanishads,, Patanjali’s Yoga sutra as well as modern Indian practices and philosophies.
